Meeting di Apertura (19-20 Dicembre 2011)

I giorni 19 e 20 Dicembre 2011 si è tenuto a Roma – presso l’Istituto Luigi Sturzo – il Meeting di apertura del Progetto CREA.M. “Blended Mentoring creativo per i manager culturali”.


Tra gli punti trattati:
1. Presentazione dei partner del progetto.
2. Presentazione del progetto: obiettivi, metodologie, risultati.
3. Analisi del regolamento finanziario.
4. Avvio del progetto: presentazione delle attività e relative scadenze.
5. Comunicazione esterna e Disseminazione.
6. Piano di qualità.

Focus Group (18-20 Aprile 2012)

I giorni 19 e 20 Aprile 2012, i partner del progetto CREA.M. si sono riuniti per un focus group presso la Goldsmiths University of London (United Kingdom).

Tra i punti trattati:
- Stakeholders introduction and discussion on key themes;
- A new approach to knowledge, skills and competences in practice: the case of Tyneside Cinema (ICCE Researcher);
- Project managers/ researchers account on pilot interviews and research progress and discussion stakeholders included;
- Problematic of research: reflection and summary;
- Synapse workshop for project partners;
- Stakeholders meeting to consider future input and benefits;
- Project managers meeting to plan next stage of project;
- Wrap up of workshop.

Secondo Meeting (27-29 Giugno 2012)

Dal 27 al 29 Giugno 2012, la Leisure Studies Institute of University of Deusto (Spagna) ospiterà il terzo incontro del Progetto CREA.M. “Blended Mentoring creativo per i manager culturali”.

Tra i punti trattati:
- Research: the work on the country reports: main trends, common features and differences;
- Presentation of the final document (new curriculum framework);
- Feedbacks from the researchers;
- Presentation of the research survey and of the project website;
- Presentation of a scheme for validation of competen-cies (learning outcomes from the mentoring), with ref-erence to the EQF;
- From the research to the mentoring: focus on the feed-backs on mentoring raised through the interviews and on the existing mentoring experiences;
- Administrative issues;
- Workshop on coaching;
- Discuss subject for the next meeting (confirm dates, setting up next phase);
- Copyright issues;
- Meeting wrap up.
